Barbecue Beef Ribs – Oven Baked

Barbecue Beef Ribs - Oven Baked

Ingredients (serves 4)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper
1kg beef ribs

Method
1. Combine barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt and pepper in a ceramic dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. If you can do it the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight is even better.
2. Preheat oven to 200°c. Place ribs on tray. Roast for 1 hour, turning ribs over once, or until cooked through.

Serve ribs with potato crisps, veggies or salad.

Hot Pizza! Beef Cupsicum, deliciously evil!

Ingredients (for 2 large pizzas):
dough base (see bread recipe)
1 can if diced tomato
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 onion
2 tablespoons italian herbs
1 red cupsicum
300g minced beef
250g grated cheese
oregano

Method
Prepare the dough, split in 2 balls and let grow for 1 hour
In a bowl, prepare the sauce: mix diced tomatoes, barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, Balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, italian herbs and diced onion. Cover and let sit in the fridge while the dough is growing.

When the dough is ready, preheat the oven on 180°c. Take out the sauce from the fridge. Dice the cupsicum.
Take one ball and use a rolling pin to flat it as a pizza base.
